Can I use discount codes to checkout? 

Our sales prices are final and cannot be used with any other offer. 

Returns

• Can I refund or exchange sales items?

Given our small business is closing down, all sale items are marked as final. There is no exchange or refund unless your item is faulty. 

• What should I do if my item is faulty?

Our products are quality controlled during manufacturing and are reinspected prior to dispatch. For manufacturing faults, we can offer refunds and exchanges.  Please note that general wear and tear are excluded. 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately after your item is received at support@liichtyoga.com and provide us with details of the fault and supporting photos.
