Is your yogawear true to size?

If you are in between sizes, we suggest choosing a size down for a better fit. See individual product pages for size guide. 

How do I take my measurements?

For your waist measurement: standing straight with your legs slightly apart, measure around your waist. This is in the middle of your bottom ribs and belly button. 

For your length measurement: this is how long your leggings will be from your waist. 

For your bust measurement: wrap the measuring tape underneath your underarms and measure around the widest part of your bust.

For your hem measurement: measure around your bottom ribs. This is the width of the top's lower bottom. 

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

All shipping rates are quoted in Australian dollars. Both domestic and international orders are tracked and sent via Australia Post. An order confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. *Please understand that with the extended COVID-19 restrictions, both domestic and international deliveries may be delayed and is out of our control. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note that the below shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be delayed as mentioned above.

Please note: Deliveries to NT, WA, TAS and regional areas may take up to 7 business days. Find out if you are within the Express Post network. 

 

International shipping

All international orders are dispatched within 2 Australian business days.

Please note: international deliveries are taking longer than usual due to overseas restrictions, custom delays and fewer flights. Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. Pricing and international orders


 Amounts stated on our website do not include GST and taxes. For international orders, please note that you may be subject to taxes and duties upon arriving at the country of destination. You will need to ensure that you pay these duties and acknowledge that failure to pay may result in your order being held at customs. Any costs you may incur from having your order released from customs are paid by you. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure of other charges that may apply.

 

What is your return policy?

Please ensure you take your sizing measurements correctly. Our size guide can help you or if you are unsure, please contact us before purchase. We'd be happy to help. In other cases, we understand sometimes you may not be happy with your purchase. We can offer exchanges or refunds when your request is made up to 30 days from the date of your purchase and  your purchase must be returned in original condition with the packaging still intact. The product must not be used, damaged, stained or washed. Please note sale items are not refundable. Refunds can be provided on the purchase price and do not include return shipping costs. Return shipping costs for both refunds and exchanges will be paid by you. Please make sure your return package is tracked as we have no control for items lost during transit. What should you do if your item is faulty?

Our products are quality controlled during manufacturing and are reinspected prior to dispatch. For manufacturing faults, we can offer refunds and exchanges. Please note that general wear and tear are excluded. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at support@liichtyoga.com and provide us with details of the fault and supporting photos. 

How can you dispose your packaging thoughtfully?

All orders are shipped in recyclable and compostable packaging (where possible). Your shipping information label and mailer, thank you card, tissue wrapping and sealing sticker are all compostable.
